The Kentucky Wildcats (4-5, 2-5) are coming off a gut-wrenching loss at the hands of the Tennessee Volunteers (5-5, 3-3) who have now defeated Kentucky in 32 of the schools 34 previous match-ups.

With the loss behind them, Kentucky will now turn their attention to the Vanderbilt Commodores (2-7, 1-5) as they will travel to Nashville this Saturday for a battle with a Vandy team already eliminated from Bowl Contention.

Vanderbilt has won just two games this season, with one coming at home over the Missouri Tigers back on Oct. 19th. The Wildcats have won the last three meetings over the Commodores with their most recent loss to Vanderbilt coming in 2015 in Nashville.

All-time, the Wildcats are 45-42-4 against their long-time rival and are 4-2 since Mark Stoops took over as head coach in 2013. Vanderbilt head coach Derek Mason has defeated the Wildcats just once since taking over as head coach of the Commodores in 2014.

With the match-up with Vanderbilt approaching coach Stoops met with the media to answer questions about the loss to Tennessee and to preview the trip to Nashville. You can watch the entire press conference below courtesy of The Boot Store.
