Mark Stoops and Vince Marrow have made a major addition to Kentucky‘s 2021 recruiting class. Sunday, four-star wide receiver from Lexington’s Fredrick Douglas High School Dekel Crowdus committed to the Wildcats on social media.

Crowdus is the third highest-rated player in the state by 247sports and ranks nationally as the 44th best wide receiver and 246th overall recruit.

The Lexington native picked his hometown Wildcats over a final 10 list that included schools such as Ohio State, Louisville, Virginia Tech and Michigan.

Crowdus is the first four-star recruit to join Kentucky’s 2021 class and the third wide receiver joining three-stars Chauncey Magwood and Armond Scott.
