For the first time since joining the Kentucky Wildcats, graduate transfer Davion Mintz met with the Lexington media Monday.

Mintz started his college career at Creighton University, where he averaged 6.6 points per game with 2.7 assists and 2.5 rebounds. His best season came as a Junior, where he averaged 9.7 points with 3.0 assists and 3.0 rebounds for the Blue Jays.

He missed the entire 2019-20 season after suffering an ankle injury and then electing to redshirt for an opportunity to have a graduate year.
